Country Inn Suites By Carlson Decatur IL, Decatur

We stayed at this hotel for about four days. There was one lady working at the front desk in the AM's that was semi-rude. She never said please or thank you, or even acknowledged us, unless I made it a point of saying Thank you to her first. (Which was weird, because she should have said thank you to us). Anyway, I have nothing but excellent things to say about housekeeping. One little lady in particular (she has a gold tooth in front) made us feel wonderful each day. If not for her, we would have felt almost uncomfortable staying here.

I was less than 4 minutes (in a car)from 6-to-10 eating places. There was also a shopping center across the road from this hotel. I stayed in a room across from the laundry and it was noisy in the mornings. I will try to avoid this room location the next time I stay. The room was very clean.

My husband and I were here on business for a few weeks. We stayed in a nice roomy suite that had a warm and friendly atmosphere. Having wireless internet in our room was a nice feature also. would reccomend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we're through.

This hotel is relatively new and very clean. It even smells clean! Beds are a bit hard but I slept well. I would reccomend this hotel!
