The Homespun Country Inn, Nappanee

From the very start of our visit we felt like family in this very special b&b, just a short drive to Amish Acres and downtown. The owners greeted us like family at the front door and gave us the introductory tour then told us to make ourselves at-home. We quickly took advantage of the cozy living room, perfectly decorated with antiques from early last century. Our room was perfect, and it had a view of the street where we could see and hear the Amish carriages as they passed by. The morning breakfast was served to all with fresh eggs, biscuits, sausage and pancacks and a variety of attractive fresh fruits (The coffee was awesome!). The conversation among the overnighters and owners was warm and stimulating. Another thing that impressed us was that we were offered the opportunity to have dinner the night before with an Amish family! We look forward to our next visit to this exquisite b&b. Beth & Jeff
