was told i came the same day they had replaced beds n did i sleep great!!!! very clean room. refinished bathrooms. (this property is way better then the pictures online & totally diff looking) kids loved the pool n spa. internet was great. very helpful staff. will recommend this property to friends n family. oh n price was 50 dollars cheaper than other comparable hotels

they just remodeled the room we stayed in and it was cleaner then the holiday inn in town. the management team just changed and have taken it upon themselves to inspect room quality n etc.. also great breakfast and overall service. i'd recommend to anyone traveling to ruidoso
