Worst experience yet...
By MamaJCinKC, 3/31/11
I haven't even been here 5 hours and we've had to call 5 times! The first room, we get our stuff in, turn around and the bed wasn't even made! They moved us to the room next door - bed made Yeah! Then we come to find out the tub hadn't been cleaned - hairs all over it! As I was cleaning it so that I could try to bath my toddler - notice black mold in the jets of the tub. I was afraid to even put him in there. When the front desk clerk brought us towels ( an item the cleaning crew was afraid to leave any of) I had to show him. He even commented that was unacceptable! Counters were disgusting - The coffee pot still has coffee in it! I'm glad I brought my son his own sheets and bed cause I would be afraid to let him sleep in here. We haven't even approached the whole evening yet! I would run if I were you - this is not a place you want to be especially with young children!

Save the long Labor Day weekend trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/7/10
Had stayed in another similar priced property nearby for 6+ years which recently changed ownership and has dropped drastically as an acceptable place to stay. We considered ourselves lucky to find this property. Everything was great and priced fairly. The best is my wife loves Sandia Casino and this is close enough to drop her off and she can either call me or take the shuttle back to the hotel. And this is still close to the grandchildren.

Great Value, Location, Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/3/09
The is an excellent hotel right of I-25 and close to Sandia Casino. The staff was very friendly, the indoor pool was the recreation highlight of our trip. Great Breakfast in the morning-including Kids cereal! What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was just immaculate. We will definately stay here on our next trip.

Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/2/05
It had an overall shabby look. The whirpool was green. We had two rooms. One had a coffee pot the other didn't but it didn't work anyway. One room was missing an iron. The phone didn't work to call between rooms.

Will probably never stay there again or recommend to anyone else...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/18/05
The service was actually good and my check-in experience both prior to arrival and upon arriving was good. The problem I encountered was during my stay. I am anemic and is generally cold so on this particular night it was cool enough for the heater to be on low, but it was out of order. An even bigger problem I noticed was the fact that there was hair on my coffee pot. The hair was very obvious and should have been removed during a normal cleaning so that leaves one to assume or in my case know that the room are not thoroughly cleaned. Needless to say, that put a damper on the rest of my stay.....

Only if you absolutely have to
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/28/05
This place shows that hotels/motels have very little standards left to keep up, if any. The "room" was stained, smelly, everything was broken (remote, air conditioner controls, etc.), and still cost over $50 a night. I would avoid this place until they start charging $10 a night. Then it might be a good deal if you can handle roughing it out.
