Great Family Hotel

We liked this hotel a lot. We had a double room, and it was quite large and had great sound insulation. There was a refrigerator and a microwave which are great when you have kids. The free wireless internet worked great. The free breakfast was good. They even had DIY waffles which the kids liked a lot. Free coffee was available all day. Food at the restaurant was better than average for a hotel restaurant. We especially like the Creme Brulee Cheesecake. Amazing service highlight: Our daughter accidentally left her iPod in our room, and the hotel staff tracked it down when we called 6 hours after leaving and UPS'd it to us that same day.

We loved this hotel!

We stayed at the Shilo Inn on our way to Crater Lake National Park. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are big and the beds were comfortable. The pool is niced sized and is open 24 hours as is the fitness room. There is also a sauna and a steam room. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk gave us coupons for a discount at the hotel restaurant in case we didn't find anything we liked at the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning but we didn't use them because the buffet was great! Excellent Customer Service

2 years now my family has stayed at the Shilo Inn during Thanksgiving week. They fly in from Montana and So. Calif and were very impressed with the service, the people and the rooms. Kudo's to Chris Brown for always taking care of things!!

I will always stay at Shilo Inn~

~I had a very pleasant experience due to a staff member of yours, I believe her name was Chrissy. I had called and made reservations but when I arrived there was nothing in the computer. I was very tired and not very happy, this girl made all the difference she was very kind and helpful. She was very willing to help unlike your service in the past!! ~All of her recommendations were perfect, the Prime Rib Dinner was fabulous. ~Lets just say Chrissy (the Girl) made my stay very warm and welcome almost like I was staying with family.~ ~With my next stay at Shilo Inn, better be "Chrissy Friendly"!!!!! ~~I will be sure to let all of my Associates know of this ~Fine Hotel~ and out standing service.~ Until Next Time ~ *~~* ~ ~have faith~
