good hotel

good hotel, very friendly staff, the only thing we didn't like so much was anytime the people next to us turned on the faucet, it was so loud. Also the heat was down in the sauna but other than that we had a nice clean king size bed with a clean room.

Stayed here due to all other hotels being booked because of oil spill, we were on our way to yellowstone. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good standard eggs, sausage and cerals and drinks. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

in my room the sheets were not even changed.it was discusting some of the housekeepers were very rude there were three that were at least nice. the gm came into my room and yelled at an employee in front of me this hotel shouldnt even get a one star.GROSS!

the room was big and nice BUT we staed in rm 224 we had truble from the START FIRST the room key would not work then the microwave was dirty on the secend day we whent out and the room key did not work agin then on sunday the room keynot working an still on sunday went to the pool key got me into the pool an weight room went to the bath room came back key not working went to room for the 4th time key not woring know one know why or cared the key not working

A Great Experience

Nice, clean hotel. Spacious rooms, and they allow pets with no extra cost. The pool and spa are very well maintained, and we find the staff very accomodating. We live 130 miles from Billings, so, on weekends, we go there for shopping, to eat out, and to just enjoy the city. This Best Western is quickly becoming our little home in Billings, Montana. We have stay here twice now.......we go to Billings a lot we have stayed at many of the Hotels......and we brag about this Best Western.....the rooms are nice and Big.....Very Clean, Service was wonderful.....this last time we took the kids and also loved it....the continental breakfast is awesome......the kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tub......it's nice because it's walking distance from my favorite store to shop....( Cracker Barrel)...LOL

This hotel is full of everything! (Even though it's a 3 star!) Everything is clean! Theirs a pool, wheelchair accessability, wireless internet and ethernet in EVERYROOM! (It's Free) They have great rates, along with a wonderful air conditioner, EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!
