It was so convenient to Hershey Park and very clean. The lounge area and breakfast treats were wonderful--great selection! We loved the 24 hour service of free coffee/cookies for the kids. We were part of a large group and they were very accommodating and friendly to us. The only thing I'd change was more security at night--it seemed as if kids were running free and no one was stopping them as people were trying to sleep.

I demand a refund.

I have never had an experience like the one at the Hampton Inn in Grantville, PA. My husband and I spent two nights there, both without sleep. Throughout both nights, there were young boys running through the hallways, knocking on room doors and yelling profanities. I did call the front desk but to no avail. I have two requests: you should research and develop an eviction policy, and I want a refund.
