Isle Casino Hotel Biloxi, Biloxi

The hole place needs to be updated! The wall paper was coming off in some place of the hotel part. The decor was really bad and out dated!! Needs major updates!! It all was really bad the room, the slot machines,the food and everything!! Not any pay out!!

I have spent several (12) one night stands at The Isle..(all comped) The best part is no surprizes.Rooms are clean, quiet, tropical.The staff is courteous and should any problems arise a phone call will fix it immediatly. Great Stay. Great Service. Great Staff..

My husband and I stayed at the Isle Casino Hotel Biloxi when I went to a wholesale show in Biloxi. I made the reservations before we left LA. and was told I would get the preferred rate since we were attending the wholesale show. When we arrived we were the room was going to be $234. instead of the $99. referred rate. even after I gave them our reservation number. She said all those rooms were booked out. I told her the price quote I got when I made the reservation.The clerk called the manager & explained everything to her. The manager said she would check the recording of the phone conversation. I said fine, I don't have a problem with that. We did indeed get the room for $99.00. The food was great, the waitresses were very attentative, the room was excellent, I slept all night without hearing any outside sounds or noises in the hall, and we even won at the casino. Iplan on staying there again. Even the valettes were wonderful. I mistakenly left $13.00 by the console that I had not put in my purse yet and the next day it was still there!!! Can't think of too many other places where it would have been there. Looking forward to the next trip in August. Planning on staying there again. Plan on asking if they have actativities for children. With it being right on the beach I think the grandchildren would like it.

my husband & i stayed for 4 days on the 12th floor & we loved it.. the room was so cute. the bed,spa tub,was great. we had just check out of the marriot a couple of miles down the street for that room. the bathroom had a shower not a tub which was a plus, and the bathroom lay out was awesome. the workers were great. casino was fun. we loved all the shops & all the places to eat.

We have stayed here many times and often meet a group of friends twice a year. The last time we were there, alone, the front desk gave us a junior suite-for the same freebie offer. It was lovely! We're going back this coming weekend--and called a couple of friends who are joining us there! Try it, you'll like it!

We have stayed several times and have been very pleased.I would recommend to my friends and family.

We stay regularly at the Isle and the IP ..Rooms are very nice ,service is good ..I love staying and playing there .I live 450 miles away and my drive is worth being there ..Answer to Roger ..The problems he had are State Regulations and happen at the other casinos also .Our Last stay We Stayed 6 Days Part At The Isle Part At The Imperial Palace And we Had The Same Thing Happen At Both Casinos ..THE DRILLS ARE FOR YOUR SAFETY Im not sure of date of last stay we go as often as we can .I am trying to plan a trip now .I have comped rooms till the 15th. so date may not be right..I Love Mississippi Atmosphere and casinos ,AND PEOPLE ,They are always pleasant and have a SMILE

Can't wait until we return...my grown kids and I stay at the "Isle" every year for the "Crusin the Coast" event - we wouldn't stay anywhere else - love the perks and the balcony rooms are just great - can't wait until next year! M*

I would just like to tell you that the locals in Biloxi have the proper nickname for your Biloxi hotel. "PILE OF DEBRIS" seems to fit it pretty well as was my experience there Aug. 7th - 11th. I would like to start off with the 1st day. . On Friday the 7th; after a 7 hour drive to get there for some "rest and relaxation". I get there around 2.My 1st dissappointment was the sign on the door that stated "no personal coolers"; I could not even bring in the smaller one I had with bottled water to make my coffee in the morning or brush my teeth (as most people know the water on the coast is generally terrible).I then was told that I could "rent" a refrigerator fo $10 a day. It looked like it was from the 50's. I drove 7 hours after working 12; being awake a total of about 22-23 straight hours I received a phone call around 5 (after getting to bed around 3) asking "How things were". I informed them that I had a wake up call at 10 and the lady said "oh, guess you were asleep". Sunday Aug. 9th was almost bearable. I put the "freshen up" hanger on door and left around 4:30 pm. I assumed someone would see it since there were linen bags laying in the hall all around my room; BUT when I returned to my room at 1:00 am Monday morning still a mess.So I went to your Casino and gambled ALL night. I got into bed around 9am Monday Aug. 10th. Around 10:45 I got "SHOCKED" out of bed with what could be closely described as an AIR RAID blast.I thought the building was on fire. I finally got settled back down and ANOTHER one came through what seemed to be my walls. I called the front desk and they said they were doing some kind of "tests" and "WERE" going to warn the guests. After the 4th BLAST around 11:45 I have to admit I was a little "pissed" when I calle the fron desk. I could not go back to sleep and gambled(at another casino) until I had a dinner date over in Gulfport. After my dinner (around 7) I had to go back to bed (because of lack of sleep) until 1am Tuesday the 11th. I played at your upstairs gaming tables until 5. I then found out check out time was at 11am. I thought surely I could get mine extended since the hotel was the reason I had no rest. I went to the fron desk around 5:15 and was told that the "decision maker" would not be in until 7 and would probably not extend my checkout.I even inquired to getting comped to stay another night and was told I had comps for Sept. and Oct. but I WAS THERE NOW AND NEEDED SOME SLEEP. I CAN ASSURE YOU THOSE FREE ROOMS WILL NOT BE USED!!!. I went back at 7 and the "decsion maker" was still not there; but had been contacted and said I could stay until 1pm. I rushed upstairs to get some rest before mt 7 hour drive back and was awakened by housekeeping at 11. I told her the SHHH sign was on my door; she informed me that check-out was at 11. Guess there is no communication there either. I did not even get into the fact that your driveway has more potholes that most streets in the city of Atlanta. I WAS a loyal fan of your hotel until this visit. I was there the 1st year it opened. But it appears that your management appears to be more concerned with money than customer service.For the 3rd trip in a row the upstairs gaming table room felt like a meat locker. The employees were cold, the customers were visually shaking(I being on of them), the Blackjack tables in corner were empty (possibly because of ice hanging from the tables) and probably making some people sick. IN CLOSING; I will probably come back to gamble there because of the VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE, PATIENT AND KIND DEALERS AND SERVERS in the upstairs Blackjack area. They are very nice and considerate (quite the opposite of hotel management). They are the ONLY reason I will ever return to the "PILE OF DEBRIS" casino in the future. I will never lay my head down in one of your rooms or put up with youe INEPT customer "NO-SERVICE" ATTITUDE ! ! !

we did not dislike like anything, Isle is alot diferent than before, but its great just the same
