Commited Fraud on our Credit Card!!

We booked our room on their website. I paid $167 for the Breakfast Pkg. Per their website I would be charged only $50.00 more when we checked in. I requested a smoking room with a view. We received a non-smoking room with a crappy view and the room was adjoined with another. The next morning we found that they no only charged $167, $50 but another $195.00. We went through hell and bank had to remove. The front desk clerks were rude all the way to the front desk manager. They acted as if "we" were overreacting to the extra $195.00 charge. They said that even though they froze the $167 and $50 and we couldn't touch it that they also froze the $195 because the first two charges didn't go through. I even showed them on my computer our ckg acct and how they have cause overdrafts because of this. They didn't care, made one excuse after another for the charges.
So if you decide to stay here use a prepaid credit card and just put the amt that you originally agreed to or they will screw ur acct up too. They also have this ridiculous video/music channel which u think is free until it just charges your room. I made them remove the charges.
The rooms are not worth the amt they charge, their employees are extremely rude, they don't know what they are doing and commit fraud charges on your credit cards. The slots are soo tight you win $10.00, and loose $50.00.
WE WILL NEVER, EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!
