Suburban Extended Stay, Dallas

All of the rooms stank like cigarrettes! I know it was really early in the morning..and we were only staying a few hrs to sleep...but I went to two rr4oms...where there was supposed to be a king sized room...and the same tiny bed both times with a 20 minute wait in between! I asked for my money back..and he said he would have to talk to the manager the next day..he still charged my card and Im still trying to get the charges off! Even though we left! The halls were clean and I didnt see any people roaming around even though it was friday night...so not a bad hotel, just didnt have any non-smoking rooms when i was there. The desk help was foreign and a definite pain! Id better get my money back!

rooms are nice! location can't be beat and the price was good. i stay here whenever i go to dallas. their rooms all have big kitchens in them, so that is pretty good for me.

There is car window glass on the ground near almost every parked car! That's even though they occasionally blow off the parking lot. What does that tell you? The staff is very sly and full of BS explanations about the negative aspects of this property. Thin walls and floors/ceilings provide entertainment! Lots of activities in the parking lot all night long. Several outside doors are not secure! First floor windows do not open! Advertised rates apply AFTER a month when taxes can be eliminated. The hotel staff told me to stay as my clothes were laundered because one girl had all her clothes stolen! There is something in every room that does not work, whether it's a light bulb, electrical socket, door safety lock, or stove top burner. Check out each of the vending machines, the prices vary per machine.
