Holiday Inn Express Suites Six Flags, Boerne

THE PLACE WAS RUN DOW. We where here about 3 years ago and it was a nice place to stay but since then it has been run down. The staff was oaky but there was a mold in the air and not so clean. So we decide to stay across the road at the new Hampton Inn and Suites and it was very nice. It was almost like a resort. My kids played in their resort style pool and we all had a great time. It was so nice that we just decided to just hang out at the pool while my wife went shopping on Main Street. Hampton Inn and Suites is our choice when traveling to the Hill Country. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Also their rates was very affordable

We were treated like dogs. The management was rude. The staff unhelpful. Have traveled all over the US and Europe and NEVER have I been in such a poorly run hotel.

This hotel was incredible. I was very surprised to hear that this hotel was 3 years old. It was beautiful. The rooms were VERY clean, VERY well kept, VERY new looking. The older lady at the front counter was the last person that I wanted to deal with at that time of night. Her attitude was't the most inviting. Overall, I really can't complain. The hotel was incredible and the price made it that much more incredible. We drive cross country about 3 times a year(both ways) and make San Antonio our stopping point. I wish we would have found this place sooner. We have had some REAL BAD experiences with San Antonio. It will DEFINATELY be our only place to stay in San Antonio from now on. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Boerne. The service was great and the place was very Clean. I'm a Doctor and we value a great place like Holiday Inn Express, So I will be bringing my family back to this area again and we will make sure to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Dr Johnson

My Grandmother and I made a reservation to stay at this hotel and had specified a non-smoking, double bed room. I travel for a living, so I am always really specific about that. I am terribly allergic to smoke and have asthma, so it is really important that I have a non smoking room. They called to confirm a couple of days before the trip and everything was confirmed for a non-smoking room. When we get there, the manager said we didn't have a non-smoking room. I said well, I guess we'll have to stay elsewhere. And then he said we'd have to pay for the night, even though we wouldn't be staying there. I said that wasn't going to work and magically they had a non-smoking room for the night, but not for the next night. He also said that he could move us to a King bed, non smoking room for the next night. We said that would work. Well, turns out the next day, he said he didn't have the King size bed available. I have never had such rude or poor service than at this hotel. The cleanliness was average. I have stayed at many wonderful Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past, but will definitely not be back to visit this one.

I have to say we had a grat time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites in Boerne TX, The staff was wounderfull with all of our needs and the rooms looked brand new, even after 3 years. My hat goes out to the managment and the staff for keeping up the hotel and we for sure be back again. Thank You for a wonderful stay. Till Next Time, Gibson Family
