Holiday Inn Express Suites Olive Branch, Olive Branch

We had a minor accident nearby and therefor an unplanned stopover in Olive Branch....Arrrrgh!!! Anyway, we ended up in this hotel by luck! Unfortunately our first night here, I misinterpreted a sign I read and made our dog sleep in the car. So... Ask First!!! Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating for our needs!

Staff was rude. They gave us a room with one queen sized bed for 3 people. We couldn't cancel and rebook anywhere else. The hotel was full of kid baseball players. Ballparks are nearby. Don't expect to get any sleep here.

The location was great, easy on & off the hwy. The room was very clean and the bed, including the linen, was great. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, like our comfort was their first priorty. We stopped on our way west and made reservations to stay again on our way east. That should say it all. I do recommend it to any one and plan to stay there next time through. The breakfast bar was well stocked and varied, as it was also spotlessly clean.

Great service. I'd have given them another star except for the fact that they started remodeling the lobby in the middle of our stay. We were rerouted away from the lobby one day than away from the side door another day. One day we couldn't get out of the automatic doors because there was chipped grout stuck in the door tracks. I didn't really mind all that much since we were gone most of the day during our stay. Other than those adventures, it was a really nice place to stay. Good room for the cost (good value). Convenient location. The employees were always friendly too. Housekeeping did a great job. I always felt that my family and I were safe and served well. Once they get past the remodeling, it should get back to 5 stars. One negative - the wireless internet was pretty spotty.
