Best place on our 5,000-mile trip
By Herb, 09/01/09
A friend familiar with the Microtel Inn & Suites of Bozeman suggested it would be a good stop on our way home to Iowa. Boy, was she right! We stayed in several places in the course of our trip from Iowa up to Lake Louise, over to Seattle, and back home. The price was the lowest we paid anywhere (except for staying with friends in Missoula) and the amenities were the best (except for staying at our friends' place.) If Bozeman is an option for a night's stay as you drive cross country, you simply have to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites. (You do have to wind around a bit to get to the Microtel, even though it is a short drive from the I-90 exit; but I doubt there's any better buy within 100 miles.)

Bedbugs (lice) may be an issue
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/07/08
Positives: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Negatives: The sheets appeared to be not laundered, there was large dark stains on the mattress cover that showed through the sheet, and to top it off... my husband and I woke up with an abundance of bites on us - BEDBUGS (lice). On a minor note, they do not provide any shampoo, etc. We will not be returning to this hotel!!

I'll stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/25/08
I really enjoyed my stay recently at the Microtel Inn and Suites. I particularly enjoy the service of the staff. The front desk is really together and helpful and the housekeepers are all very pleasant and nice. I enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast very much. I also enjoyed the fact that the desk picked up the phone and made me another reservation in Colorado at a Microtel there. I will and have stayed there again since.

Stumbled onto a gem!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/04/08
I have stayed at other Microtels before, but the one in Bozeman Montana was the best! You walk in the door and the lobby looks terrific. It has wood trim and the counters are built out of river rock. Very nice! The front desk staff is second to none. All were very friendly and very nice folks. They were very neatly attired and groomed very well. The young woman who cleaned our room was very friendly and was a very fast cleaner. I would have to say that I was very happy with our stay at this property, the staff was great, the parking lot was well lit and clean and everyone made us feel welcome. I would definately stay here again!

My first choice in Bozeman
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/08
I had not heard of Microtel before staying in the summer of 2007. I really enjoyed my stay. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and the breakfast was wonderful. We had a housekeeping mishap and the manager personally took car of it immediately, and he was very busy. It really showed how much they wanted us to stay. I will whenever I am in town.

Lovely Stay
By Rebekah, 12/28/07
My husband and I rented a Whirlpool Suite for a short weekend vacation. The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was very cozy and clean. There is a window ledge seat that is great for curling up with a good book. The tub was great, big enough for two! I thought there would be a microwave but there wasn't. The television was high up on the closet and would have been hard to watch (if we would have wanted to watch it). The breakfast choices were limited to cereal, oatmeal and bread and the coffee wasn't very good. The staff was very friendly and good at giving directions to were we wanted to go. The rates are great; the only place in Bozeman or Billings that we could find with a jacuzzi tub for under $100. Overall we had a great stay and decided that we would come and stay every weekend if we could.

Best Value in Town!
By Shelby, 10/22/07
We always stay at this hotel when in Bozeman. The rooms are clean, the location is close to town but quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable - I do miss the in-room coffee, but I bring my own coffeemaker and save $40 a night over the other hotels. They do get to know the 'regulars' by name.

this hotel tries!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/01/07
I stayed at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Sept. of 2007 and loved it. From the minute I walked in I knew it was where I was staying from now on. Check in took about 2 minutes. The guy that checked us in knew just about everyone staying there by name. I thought that was great! Anything I needed they had and he delivered very promptly. I came to find out that he was the only person working that night. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and do plan to stay here in the immediate future.

Consistent
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/20/06
We stay at the Microtel in Bozeman quite a bit. The price is very good, the rooms are clean, and the manager remembers our name when we come through the door. We will continue to stay here, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lpace to stay in Bozeman!
