Our family got terrible service!

My husband & I had got married and found lodging arrangements only at this Best Western for our family members for 3 days. The front desk clerk was not professional and was very slow with checking our family in (over half an hour for each room) and we pre-reserved all the rooms with a credit card. Some comments from this clerk after asking him why he only chose to pick up the phone after 6-7 rings was, "Shoot, I got tired of hearing the phone ring, so I cut off the ringer." I also had a brief conversation with him about a new female coworker he was talking about, and when I asked him if he was going to stay around to help her out, he stated, "No, it's her 2nd day, she knows how to do her job, besides, I'm not staying here past 9pm." We were also upset that there was only one person on staff each shift. All our family members were spread throughout the hotel and not together. Some of our family even had to be relocated to other rooms because of mildew odors in the carpet and wet beds, they finally told me that they had some pipes burst in some of their rooms. The A/C did not work, and it was hot. This Best Western didn't have enough clean towels to suit my family's needs. The maintenance personnel were not familiar with the outside electrical equipment next to the pool. This hotel gets is the worst for ruining a comfortable stay for my family on our wedding weekend.
