Good, solid hotel

I have stayed in this hotel many times, including with my family, since moving out of SP in 2007. It is our regular Sao Paulo hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is average, but with the great restaurants in the neighborhood you shouldn't be here for dinner anyway. There is no "business center" other than a few desktops in the lobby (difficult if you need to print something or have forgotten your laptop), but the in-room internet connection is strong. The neighborhood is safe (by SP standards), and you are right between the Paulista and Faria Lima business districts, and very close to the shops on Oscar Freire.
For the price, this is a very good hotel, though business travelers looking to impress clients or with greater needs (business center, pool, fine restaurant, hotel taxis) are better off at the Renaissance up the street, but be willing to pay the price.
