Auberge l'Autre Jardin, Quebec City

I experienced a very comfortable and ejoyable three nights at this unique establishment and would recommend it highly to all travelers who seek a good hotel at a reasonable price; however, this is not your "average" good hotel at a reasonable price. L'Autre-Jardin is unlike any hotel I have every stayed in. One experiences something different upon entering its lobby. This is a hotel with a focus on the arts of developing nations. Its walls hold an array of fascinating works from distant places. My room was spacious and finely decorated with unusual objects. I was impressed with the quality items for sale in the gift shop. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and breakfast was sublime.
