Enjoyed our stay, will be back!.
By peggy, 9/13/11
I liked that it was reasonably quite and met all of our needs at a low price. There was nothing I could say I disliked, because I don't need swimming pools or fancy furniture. I just need clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and A/C worked well, the staff very nice and helpful, rate was affordable.

Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/31/11
The room was booked thru Hotelscom - when we arrived and checked into the room, the smell of disinfectent was so strong it hit us in the face like a wall. Went to desk for another room, but same thing happend. Clerk was very kind when we said that we could not stay in that kind of smell she agree with us the smell was strong. and said we had to go back to Hotelscom for a refund and call the manager in the morning. We checked into another motel that night..Talk to friendly manager in the morning about the problem and the fact we did not stay at Knights Inn that night. She also said I had to call Hotelcom for a refund. But when I called Hotelscom they in turn called the Knights Inn and the manager said NO REFUND to be issued. So we are paying for a room we could not stay in for medical reasons (sinus problems).

Superb! Awesome Value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/27/11
I love the owner. Rooms are clean, secure facility. ALL staff were willing to work with us. We stayed four days without a hitch. And get this, the STAFF actually RESPECTS the do not disturb sign. I LOVE IT! Tiny alcove for the continental breakfast, which was basically cereal and crullers and nice hot coffee. Not much room in there since there were SO MANY GUESTS. Spoke with the owner and she says she is almost always full. With this top notch service and SUPERB rates (52 bux a night online) its no wonder. MY ROOM WAS PERFECT! The hair dryer was messed up but they offered to fix it the first night. No complaints whatsoever, except that I can't stay longer. If I were a millionare I'd stay here. The only downside is that they have no pool, but hey there is a GIGANTIC ocean outside to swim in just a mile or so away. Keep up the good work folks! I will be staying here again.

Ended up in hospital
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/11/10
This place should be shut down , I was bitten by bed bugs in this dump , the city does nothing about this filthy motel , I had to go to emergency room for treatment , the staff could care less about the rooms , they just want your money , rude ,greedy ,heartless people , hopefully the city will shut this dump motel down so nobody else has to go thru what I went thru., I put a complaint in to corporate headquarters and was told its not there problem ,

Great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/15/09
I was hesitant to reserve a room here based upon some reviews I read here and other places. That would have been my mistake. This place was great . The room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned daily. The room had plenty of space and everything worked. We stayed from 6-9-09 until 6-13-09 and had absolutely no problems. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For the price it was great. We are planning to return next year. Lots of eating places close by and the beach is easily accesible.

Good for one night on a road trip.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/09
We did not make advance reservations but tired of the road about 11:00 pm and this is the first place we found. Overall, it was what I needed (a place to sleep) but I would not stay here if I wanted to be in Bay St. Louis multiple days. Pluses: Friendly staff at check-in. Room is fairly large and has free internet access, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. The sheets were clean. Minuses: Looks like the furniture and bedspreads haven't been updated since 1979. Food from previous guest was left in the refrigerator. Tabletops had dust and glass rings.

I would stay there again
By LyndaC, 7/16/08
This is a 'bare-bones' motel--nothing fancy. But when we were there, there was in the office: regular & decaffeinated coffee, 2 kinds of juice, doughnuts, etc.; also in the office is a laptop connected to the Internet available for guest use from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. I believe there is also connections in the rooms but we didn't use this. The room was straightened each day, I say straightened because we did not get clean sheets each day (which was a minus in my book) - the room had coffee/coffee maker; iron/ironing board; refrigerator, microwave; some cable TV channels. We were there to visit famly and knew we would not be in the room except for short periods of time. The location was perfect for us - about 5 minutes from my relative's house and close to places to eat. The people I dealt with were courteous. As for the price, it was less expensive that some others which suited my budget. All in all it worked fine for us. I would stay there again.

This place is awful!
By pirate barnes, 5/19/08
This placed is way overpriced and so nasty. My family and I booked this online. First off, be aware that they do not actually offer a continental breakfast as advertiesed. We were actually told on checkin that they did have some juice, though, if we needeed it! We reluctantly checked into our room after traveling at about 3 in the morning to get some much needed sleep. I notice right away that there was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. There was also coffee, but no coffee maker. There was also a dead bug in the bathroom floor, but it looked harmless and was a flying bug, so we didn't think much of it. However, at around 7 am, my husband woke up because a bug (which he thought was a spider) was crawling on him IN OUR BED! We immediately checked out and cancelled our next two nights there. We drove around looking for a nicer place to stay, and ended up at The Hampton Inn in a nearby city. I highly recommended that wherever you go, you stay at the Hampton Inn. Excellent service and no complaints whatsoever. Clean room, very comfy beds, and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nice! Plus, they offer a full refund. We paid about $75 to sleep 4 hours at this cheap, bug laden hotel, and no refund was offered. Overall, this experience was awful!
