Very well kept and clean

Visited several times with my wife. Staff is always courteous, the facilities are well kept and clean. It's nice and quiet with little to no distractions. Also is not overrun by teenagers during "Senior Week". Very comfortable and nice low rates. Would book again anytime if visiting the area.

good bargain value and location

Room was very small, but clean. Comfy pillows and lots of them. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Small pool was clean. No life guard. Continental breakfast was decent, nothing special, just the usual stuff. Very good location to outlets and restaurants. Midway between downtown Lewes and downtown Rehoboth. But, you must drive to both. Nice bike path close by. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was clean. Shower stall only, no tub. One of the few places to have a one night minimum on season. I would stay there again. Good wifi connection.

helped disabled guest brought great breakfast to room clean and quiet polite staff above average service for price handicapped room was comfortable and neat will return every year from now on

loved it

We only stayed two days but it was very nice. Clean and quiet. The free breakfast was great and the kids loved the pool (between beach trips)which were only a few miles away. Would stay again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have picked a better place and the price was good.
