It took Mr. Patel (Bob) over 30 minutes to check me in, and there were no other guests. Finally, got to my room (which was nice) and turned air on. After approximately twenty minutes, it was still stifling hot... after MUCH convincing, I got another room. SAME THING! "BOB" told me that the air was pre-set at 73 to conserve power. Really! I promptly checked out after wasting two hours of my time ..... the pictures are deceiving. Spare yourself the aggravation and find another hotel. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never gone to a hotel where I was treated so badly. Upon checking in, once everything was on the cart, the lady informed me "the elevator is not working" and she had booked me on the 3rd floor. I had a lot to carry and the person with me could not climb that many stairs. Because I had a pet she wouldn't put us on the 1st floor. And I was surprised that it was not as clean as when I stayed there several years ago. The lady charged my card immediately for having a pet and put a hold on my funds and would not release them. Upon calling the corporate office I was informed "they could do nothing". Service all the way around was no good. Also, while I was at the counter, people came to report that none of the exercise equipment worked and she said 'oh well'. Another person came up for extra sheets and she said "what do you want"? I have never seen such rudeness in customer care. I left and did not stay there. I would not recommend this place to a dog.
