This place has a friendly staff, clean rooms, and very affordable. They also had a million channels and super fast internet, which was a bonus.

My husband and I stayed here last night for a one-night getaway from our kids. This place isn't as fancy as other upper scale hotels but it is affordable and the room was clean and the staff was very polite. I would come here again.

we stayed here on our weekend trip to disneyland. decently price and much cheaper than near disneyland. safe location, lots of tv channels, fast internet, ample parking, and good service. all in all we were satisfied with this hotel and i would definitely bring my family back here

What an awful place! Night service woman was extremely rude. Literally sneered at me when I asked for coffee. Room was very dingy and furniture was old and chipped. No cable (all pay per view). Blood stains on carpet and on comforter. Bath towels were shabby, torn in the middle and well bleached. (holes in towels). Sheets were too small for the bed. CA king size. Cleaning service was horrible, short sheeted my bed and coffee pot not rinsed out. I made coffee and tasted like soap. Inside sheers of drapes had not been washed in a very long time. Yellow and brown when they were supposed to be white. Carpet very dirty. Pay for ice!!! No way. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Very poor customer service and lousy maid service. We didn't use the internet, no comment. Bring your own phone book, kleenex, tv guide and extra tp paper if you stay here. They do not provide it.

This "hotel" is disgusting. The room smelled like smoke, so they were nice enough to let us switch to another. However, the next ones toilet didnt work, neither did the coffee maker. The management is just plain rude, horrible customer service. There were people (hookers) banging on the door at night and in the morning, when we called the office, the management came up to tell them to leave. However, when we checked out and complained, we were told the event didn't even happen. You have to call every 10 min for a new password to the internet since it stops working. 50 cents for a bucket of ICE!!! WAY overpriced-go to Motel 6!!

OMG What Can I say i hated it !!!!!!!! a soda spill on the floor i nedded to clean it i used a towel and they charged me 15 bucks cause the stain wont come off!!! please its called clorax !!! u hears bunch of bangs and theres no walking space in the room!!!!!!!!

We stayed over a week and the service was excellant. Nice helpful staff, clean rooms, great value. Showtime and HBO available. Coffee in the lobby every morning. They were also very accomodating when we asked for a slightly later check-out. Definitely going back in the Spring.

unpleasant service, old furniture, small room, running toilet, small bathroom, dirty coffee pot, you have to PAY for ice, SLOW wireless internet (I couldn't even send an email). awful, we've stayed in several hotels in the orange county area better worth our money.

we have stayed at many hotels in orange county, and this one is by far the worst: clogged toilets, small rooms, weak wireless internet signal, PAY for ice, bad service, old furniture, dirty coffee maker. expensive. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
