Great hotel with one exception...

Great hotel. We have stayed here many times before. The price was great, the room was just as listed and the A/C worked great, especially considering it had been over 100 degrees outside for over 21 consecutive days!! My only complaint was the breakfast. Please serve real eggs! My husband and I both threw ours away. They had no taste, didn't look like real eggs and there was water in the bottom of the dish they were in.

Never stay there again

1. Called for rates and reservations from car and was hung up on twice. That should have been our first clue of things to come. 2. AAA book listed a hot tub & indoor pool. Got into our suits to go relax after a long day on the road only to find a COLD tub. Attendant said she would turn on heater but it did not get warm by time the pool area closed for the night. There was paint peeling from the ceiling over the pool. 3. The cereal was very stale on the continental breakfast bar. Should have stayed at the Comfort Inn up the road for less money and better facilities instead of thinking the word Suites meant a more upscale motel.

Buyer BEWARE!!

My problems started when I paid over $200.00 for a one night stay because it was "race weekend". The room I was given was next to an elevator equipment room and every time the elevator was used it made a loud humming noise. I complained within 30 minutes after I arrived but was told "sorry, no other rooms available". I continued to complain throughout the night and into the morning and even though they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee I was only offered a $20.00 discount by the manager. The rooms were only subpar too. If you stay there you better pray you don't have a problem because you are on your own!! I still have not received a response from the hotel about the complaints and that was three weeks ago. I'll never stay at the Comfort Suites in Denton Texas again!!

Friendly Service

The hotel environment was clean and pleasant as one would expect. The feature that made it exceptional was the friendliness of the staff. They were ready and willing to assist us with everything we needed. In an unfamiliar area this is incredibly important. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable in the city of Denton.
