Guesthouse Hotel And Suites, Portland

The hotel was a messed. The service was bad, they ran out of breakfast and when i ask for some more bread they say that they didn't have anymore on stock. the pool was very cold and and the tsauna doesn't even work. when i ask to speak to the manager they weren't "available". The front desk receptionist was very nice, but it seems like there weren't any managers around to help her. did i mentioned that the fire alarm kept making a beeping sound and i couldn't fall asleep. The bathroom sink water was brown, and when i complain they told me to let it run for a little bit until the brown water runs through and then the water will be clear and "clean". when i ask to switch rooms, they were really nice and kind about it. Until i got to the room and it wasn't even clean so i had to switch rooms again, i was exhausted! i don't think i have ever had such an experience at hotel like this one. I would never go back to this place and would highly recommend anyone to not go to this place, unless they want their vacation to be a mess!
