Sleep Inn and Suites Danville, Danville

This is my family's first stay at Sleep Inn. I read the review from Yahoo and made the reservation. This room was a two queen bed suite with a pullout sofa. My youngest son sleeps on the pullout and my oldest sleeps in the queen bed because it just doesn't work trying to have them sleep together. This room had a shower only. It was spotless. The stool and shower were in their own room and closed by a pocket door. The switched for the lights were lighted rocker switches--very nice. The room was also spotless. Customer service was fabulous. They went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. The pool was well heated compared to other pools with plenty of poolside towels. The hottub was liked by my kids. Across the parking lot was a Big Boy restaurant which was convenient so we just walked over. We were able to order diet caffeine free Pepsi--perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the tables were clean--not always the case at other motel/hotel breakfast areas. There were plenty of pop machines and the pop selections included diet caffeine free Pepsi and diet Sierra Mist (the machines by the pool). The Sunday night stay on Labor Day weekend was five dollars cheaper than Saturday night. We used this place to stay when visiting Turkey Run State Park for an overnight road trip--it was about 35 minutes away. Special thanks to Chris who was a great desk clerk.
