Relax Inn, Fort Myers

Friendly hosts, rooms are clean, but looking at price-value comparison it's overpriced. Other reviews are positive, it seems to is that since 2005 no proper maintenance has been done. With a lower rate it's a nice stop over in between.

The owners are friendly and helpful. They are working to improve a "50ties" motel and get it to the eighties at least. Kingsize bed with kingsize TV allow one to forget the smaller bath facilities. Small fridge and microwave are touches I've lacked in rooms costing 2Xs more. Once discovered it's easy to find again but at night and on a first trip one might need a GPS enabled Nextel phone. We look forward to a return of Spring Training and a good home base of operations.
