Holiday Innex Stes Lookout Mtn, Chattanooga

I hope you don't leave something...if so, the staff won't call you back or check for your belongings...my experience was not good at all. I called the hotel desk the next day and again the following day...no one ever called me back.

Had hair on sheets , dead black beetles inthe floor and mold in the shower.

This was a very clean hotel. It had the most comfortable beds that we had slept in at any hotel. The breakfast was very good. My daughter loved the pancake machine.

Overall, the hotel was ok. I had a problem with all the mold growing on the walls of the bathroom of 318. The first time we walked in, the bathroom towels had stains on them. The next morning after cleaning, the maid gave us only 1 large towel and 2 handtowels. When I went to ask for more towels, they said I must bring my room key down to get towels. I went to get towels and then had to beg to get 3 more. It was like I was asking for gold. I dont think they are cleaning enough towels to take care of all the guests. This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel, it gets a little worse each time I am there. I would not stay there again. Two other nice hotels right next to this one, that is slowly falling apart, and is not a clean hotel anymore.

We had already read good reviews about this hotel, so we decided to give it a try. What a find! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast included freshly scrambled eggs and warm, fluffy bisquits, not to mention yogurt, cereal, and several choices of bread. Our room was clean and smelled fresh, not perfumed. The only drawback was that there was only one computer for guest use. Other than one small inconvenience, our stay was wonderful. We will go back to this HIE next time we're in Chattanooga. We recommend it highly!

This was a nice location for visiting attractions on Lookout Mountain. However, the roads to the attractions are very circuitous and it is easy to make wrong turns. Take time to ask. Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was good. Also, there is a lobby computer for guests to use. Very nice stay.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was extremely soft. Room was clean and quiet. However, pool was small and a little dirty. The breakfast was NOT the best I have had on the road. It just seemed that I could have paid $40 less and received everything I did in this hotel.

We stayed in a suite with 2 Queen Beds and a Sofa Bed, we had two 60 year olds, a 30 year old, an 8 year old and a 2 year old. We wish we would have had a suite, in September, like this one when we evacuated for Hurricane Gustav in Huntsville, Alabama. This room was Awesome and very very clean. The Hotel was really close to all the sites on Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway and the Breakfast, friendliness of Staff and Suite price were truly treats.

Room was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The mattresses are the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and the breakfast bar is very good. Our grandson loved the indoor swimming pool! My only complaints are the noise of the door across the hall being opened and closed all night, and the carpets need claning. Other than that it was great! I rate it A-

This Holiday Inn Express is just off the beaten path enough to be quiet and yet still close enough to everything to be real convenient. The rooms were very well appointed and clean and the staff was extrememly professional and gracious. Breakfast, while not offering everything, was quite adequate and filling and tasty. I found the hotel offered excellent value and I will return again. I have suggested this hotel to friends who also have found it excellent.
