Excellent service but a little dissapointing.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Town Suites on a trip to Seattle. Upon arriving, I found that I would have to take a smoking room, since the non-smoking rooms were all taken. The front desk clerk told me that Expedia was to blame for this. The unit and property were both nice in appearance. However, during the second morning of my stay I found a bug/grub in my bedsheets. I alerted the manager and he made sure my room was "refreshed" while I was away. The walls between units are a bit thin; one night I heard someone in the next room coughing half the night. On the good side, every member of the staff I dealt with was super-friendly and went out of their way to smile and be helpful. The location is good, right next to an office park in a business district. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but the next time I'd expect a bit more cleanliness and to have what I requested upon my reservation document.

I will stay here again!

Super comfortable beds! And I really liked being able to actually open the windows in my room. Spacious bathrooms, thick towels and more than adequate kitchenettes. This hotel provides a workout room and laundry facilities - a real lifesaver when you're traveling on business! If I could change anything, I would add a few more parking spaces and an additional elevator would be helpful, but those are just small things. On the whole, this is a very clean, comfortable place to stay. This is now my hotel of choice when traveling to the Seattle area. And the biggest bonus for me was, it's SO close to the IKEA store in Renton! Be sure to use your AAA card for an additional discount. For the money, you cannot beat this hotel! Awesome! I will stay here again!

A somewhat decent stay

Having booked online I was semi impressed by the description. I was somewhat disappointed. The 24hr desk is locked after 12 midnight. The vending machines are lacking in selection, and ice machine are located in only one of the three bulidings. I found mold on one of the bagles for breakfast. The rooms have thin walls and can hear the other rooms conversations fairly easily. The rooms are clean, if somewhat cozy. The staff is friendly enough and efficent. I did call about a garbage disposal unit not functioning properly , it was fixed when we returned. For the value
