Courtyard Tysons Corner Fairfax, McLean

I recently stayed here and was shocked at the rudeness of employees.They have you in a bind with no refrigerator or microwave in rooms so you are more likly to eat in their costly resturant.Their pool hours are short considering they are inside. And the workers are for the most part rude and not much help.

The bad stuff: 1) really bad wireless internet in the guest rooms, 2) a front desk staff that was only marginally friendly (except for a couple of people), 3) Valet laundry service that came back late and with half the laundry order missing (though it was finally located when we checked out 3 days later), 4) staff that implied that I was mistaken that the laundry was actually missing, 5) breakfast served until 10am (with most buffet items gone by 9:30), 6) a "restaurant" that serves room service in the evening. The good stuff: 1) It's a great location. 2) One front desk staff member was amazing. 3) The hotel is clean (though furnishings are average and give the impression of being worn). 4) The bed was comfortable. 5) The TV service included a couple of Spanish language channels. This hotel is ok, but I've come to expect a certain level of accommodations from Marriott properties, including Courtyard by Marriott, and, unfortunately, this property didn't meet those expectations.
