The Best!

The staff here was super. Only stayed one night but all the staff were the best and friendliest of any motel/hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was extra nice as well, set in a great location, quiet but close to food shopping and entertainment. Breakfast was tasty as well.

A Pleasant Surprise

We checked in late and the staff was helpful and friendly. The next morning we foudn out that the breakfast was GREAT! and the staff was on top of things...checking on how we were enjoying our stay and the cleanliness was excellent. I thought it was a new hotel!!! We will go back and we will tell friends!!!

Great Place

We arrived late and left early but the room was great - large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice white starched sheets and a big fluffy duvet. The breakfast was great and there is a gym and outside pool which unfortunately I didnt have time to use but which looked very clean and inviting. Service was very efficient and professional. The only negative is that there were no close restaurants or bars - I had to use the car instead of walking. Otherwise a great modern comfortable hotel at a great price.

Really Nice!!

The people were really nice & friendly, as well as very helpful, they had everything ready for us when we arrived. They had the crib in the room with baby blankets an all. The rooms were very nice and CLEAN, beds were prefect with lots of nice big fluffy pillows. Breakfast was good other than the eggs weren't that great. So if your looking for a great place to stay at a great price check this out. I would highly recommend The Wingate.We will stay there again.

Great Experience

Spent one night while travelling and really liked the hotel. Rooms seem to be new, very big and comfortable, plus very clean. Beds are very comfy, as well as their pillows. Breakfast has a very good selection for everybody. Service was excellent, very friendly, and helpful. Will recomend!!

Huge Disaster

Not children friendly. My son was accused of damage he did not do and we were harassed the entire trip. I would never go back.

GREAT OVERALL

Excellent, prompt service. Room was very clean & updated with all amenities. Great, QUIET, easily accessible location. Our safety was never compromised. Breakfast was fresh & the waffles were wonderful. Wingate was definitely worth the affordable prices we paid. This our new Greensboro "home away from home"!

I can't believe I wasted my money!

It was just about the most horrible hotel I have ever visited. And trust me, I've visited many. I went there to spend some time with my loved one and was brutally disturbed by everything and everyone. I could tell the staff was trying, but i mean come on. Leaky cielings, moldy toilets,and the list goes on and on and on.
