Lovely Hotel Great Customer Service

Love the location and the fact that the hotel has a nice size conference room. Our family loves to get together around the holidays and the Baymont is always wonderful to us! This year they even have all new beds which were really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff went out of the way to make us feel at home

We stay for an extended vacation and the staff was so nice, room was clean. This is a well managed Inn and highly recommend it to others from our experience,

Wonderful Property - Excellent Service

My stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites was one of the best I've had! The hotel is in very good shape and the rooms were very clean & spotless! They have a very friendly staff who is always willing to go above and beyond! I recommend it highly!

Baymont is fine

I'm from Grafton, WI, and I thought the Baymont was more than convenient considering the other options in the area--most of which were present before I was born 39 years ago. While the Baymont has indeed been built on farmland that my family happened to own, it is close to an ever expanded area and community, extremely close to I-43 that takes you to Milwaukee within 30 minutes and to Green Bay, for gambling and football, in 45 minutes to an hour. The staff was more than helpful when I was traveling alone with my infant daughter, and my mother was able to visit after she went to sleep, so I wasn't waking up the baby or cramping my mother in her small townhouse.

Baymont Dosen't get it

Don't bother. No resteraunt, no laundry, not even hair conditioner in the shower. Daily room cleaning is non-existant. There is only one wash machine and dryer for the entire complex. They recycle the same towels even when you leave them on the floor. The trash does not get removed daily. It took a week.
