ROOMS WERE PRE-PAID FOR. ASKED A GROUP MEMBER FOR CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED THEM. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE JUST FOR FILE....more

The room was not cleaned, there were holes in curtains. Stains all over the floor, comforter. The fire extinguisher outside the room door...more
