If you like Concrete Slabs stay here...

This hotel is awful. My bed felt like a concrete slab. The hair dryer was all rusted and the iron was nasty too. The first iron left white stuff on my clothes and the second one left brown dusty stuff on my clothes. Breakfast wasn't that great at all. It is pretty clean, but I just have a think about sleeping on concrete. They are stingy with blankets and hangers. The TV is from the 80's I think and it always has some static on it and never has a crystal clear picture. Movies were outdated and they had nintendo game cube games...very old. I do not recommend it and will NEVER stay here again. Did I also mention that it is in a ghetto location that you cannot go out alone at during the night?? Plus it is right next to an Indian Casino so you have the people from there near you all night.

i loved the service!! i loved the rooms too it was relly cleaned.i would recomend this hotel to my friends and family.

Found it to be excellent value

I hav stayed here many times during the last 3 years and most of the time I've never had a problem. Staff is MOST helpful with each of my requests. I frequently have Fed-X and UPS deliver to hotel prior to my arrival and also arrange for the staff to send Fed-X and UPS for me when my project is completed. Never had any problems. This hotel caters to the business traveler and while it's NOT a Marriot it takes good care of me!

Needs better Hospitality

I was in town on business.Front desk service slow, and had to ring a bell to wake them up in the back room. They were always in the back room. Asked for a wake up call and staff acted put out and almost argumentitive.Never recieved one call.

I found it not very clean, and very stark of atmosphere. The employees do not have any personality. It does not appear that they quite understand English. I would not go back to this location or refer it to any one that I know or otherwise
