Wow. What a view of the harbor and city.
By Kaven, 12/24/11
Great atmosphere Great food. Chef has it going on with great flavors. Thanks, Greg. Told ya. Stayed on 28th floor with incredible view. Hot cider, in lobby, was nice touch.

Exceptional hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/11
We enjoyed our entire experience at your hotel from a delightful check-in -- very courteous and helpful, coming from behind the counter and showing us location of elevators, restaurant, etc. Room was very clean and attractive with all needed amenities. The gentleman outside were knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed the morning buffet at the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location was great for the waterfront.

Not the best place I've ever stayed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/11/11
It is a spacious room. Unfortunately, the carpet has a stain, there was something, probably toothpaste on the shower curtain, and the desk phone didn't work. For the price, is there anyone who inspects the rooms to make sure the rooms are clean and prepared for guests?

Just okay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/13/11
Overall the hotel was fine. However, "fine"is all right. The beds were a little tired, with one of them being decidedly uncomfortable. The room was classic, clean and had everything you would expect, but had no pleasant frills to surprise and thrill. Our first night, we returned to the hotel at 3:45 and found our room had not yet been made up. When I called down to the desk, I was told they had until 5. Oh my. We wwere teddy to shower and get ready for our evening out. The staff was perfunctory, yet polite. There was definitely no warmth in our few interactions. Yet, they were again "fine" if not warm. The pool is small, but fine for playing with children. We had an amazing waterfront view and enjoyed it immensely. Overall, the experience was okay. I would stay again, but would not be excited. Greasy location.

Worse Experience
By Drew, 8/31/10
I was at this hotel for work related business. Checked in after midnight the day before the conference. I went to the conference the following morning but felt itchy all day. Later that day, I noticed blister like bumps on my back. Not sure so I went over to John Hopkins Hospital. I was diagnosed with bed bug bites. When I returned the hotel staff were extemely rude when informed of them of the bed bugs. My room was changed late that night and my bags were sealed in the infested room. Consequently, I had no clothing. I used the hot iron to kill any bugs on the clothes I was wearing and wore the same clothes to the conference the next day. At 3pm, the hotel staff told me, they had an inspector-NOT THE HEALTH DEPT look over the room and they could find no bed bugs. I was thinking -of course they didnt find bed bugs. I left eveything in that room that I traveled with-luggage of clothing-everything. I didn't want to take bugs home with me. The Marriott claims called me and said you dont have a claim-too bad. We didn't find bugs in the room-your problem. When I returned home-I went to my personal physician and he confirmed healing bed bug bites in one area--circular rotation on my back. Oh yeah, I changed clothes when I arrived at the airport at home and tossed those bug infested clothes + shoes in the airport trash. I am out of 3 pairs of dress pants, 3 dress shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, 3 shirts and casual pants,1 pair of shoes, laptop case, pull bag, personal items and this hotel blew me off. I couldn't bring these bed bugs home to my family. My recommendation: CHECK THE BED FOR BUGS.

HORRIBLE!
By S T, 2/12/10
Please if you value customer care DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff is not only ill trained but their supervisors care even less about helping their guests. Me and my companion were not only insulted but were refused service by the assistant front desk manager of all people. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Wonderful Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/24/09
The staff was wonderful, attentive to the children and to our needs. The hotel is beautiful. The harbor view entranced the children. Room service was great. The restaurant had wondeful food and great prices. It was walking distance to the Aquarium. My family and I loved it.
