Comfort Inn and Suites Boston/Airport, Revere

bad low quality breakfest damp room and bad front desk the area is abandoned!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs... Without question I will stay there each time I go to Boston! Thanks.

The main reason my husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn Boston Airport was because they offer a shuttle at all hours to Logan Airport and the other hotel we have previously stayed at did not offer one that early in the morning. However, after staying here it will be our first choice from now on. They have a restaurant on the premises but there is another right next door if you want something different. They are also within walking distance to stores if you arrive early and have nothing to occupy your time. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in including my own! The room was exceptionally nice, spacious and clean. To top things off, my husband left his favorite, light weight pull over jacket there. After we returned home from our vacation we discovered the loss, called Comfort Inn and it is being shipped back to us! Now I believe that says something in itself. S.Leite Centerville,MA

though not on the airport property, this hotel is close enough and, with the free shuttle, it was just right. nice pool, clean big rooms, friendly staff. just what we were looking for.convenient, clean and comfortable

We arrived after midnight and were greeted by a very nice young man named Brian. We needed to use the airport shuttle service at 5 am to take our daughter to an international departure. We wanted to take the shuttle service back to the hotel after her plane had departed. He said, "no problem. Of course you may do that." Brian remembered us later and came over to us while we were getting ready to board the shuttle with the phone number to call when we were ready to return. We couldn't believe that he went out of his way to help us. Later that morning we returned to the hotel to a very nice continental breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling in/out of Logan Airport.

This hotel served our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It had a shuttle to and from the airport that was reliable, leaving every half hour from the hotel. The Mexican restaurant on the property was good and the pool served its purpose. The location is OK. If you have a car, you can get to Logan Airport in ten minutes (the shuttle time) and into Downtown Boston in 15 minutes. If you don't have a car, you could be stuck. There doesn't seem to be much of interest in the immediate area and I didn't notice the public transportation situation. Actually, the NECCO factory and corporate headquarters is next door. I didn't even know they were still in business!

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Room is good. Free internet service is very convenient. The big problem is the room temperature. It was very cold outside in Boston. We try to warm up by switch the room control to 75 F but the temp kept in 69 F for an hour. It still kept the temp even after the technician repaired the heater. We got a room changing after the midnight. We are tired about that.

Good location, good value. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great resturant attached to hotel. Great overall service. Will return again in January. Highly recommended hotel.
