Holiday Inn Exp Stes Gr North, Grand Rapids

I contacted the hotel by e-mail and fax and heard no response. On March 31, 2007 we stayed at the Hotel, there was a peeled hard boiled egg on our floor in our room, there was beer bottle metal tops on the floor in the pool area on April 1. On March 31 there were people drinking and drunk in the pool area. There was a drunk man approximately 7 foot tall on the elevator that tried to force one the man who was with two women to drink from his cup or he would not let him off the elavator. There was rude comments regarding the man escorting the two women, one to the second floor and the other to the third floor. We booked three rooms and they were supposed to be on the same floor, instead one was on floor 1, one on floor 2, and one of floor 3.
