The first service was great. 11:00 to 7:00 customer service was not good. Phone calls were not transferred to the rooms. I am in management and customer service is very important. The way a person acts can play a role in how people will return. If everything else is great and someone has a bad attitude will not make you want to return.One person attitude can bring the rating down for service and this is not fair to the other employees. The front outside seating area was great. But one side need to be for non-smokers. Cleanliness: Custodian needs to check the floor for any items that are left on the floor if they are not going to vacuum. Clean carpet to remove order.Mopped under sinks, dust the headboards, windowsills and desk chair seat for dust.Iron and need to be upgraded. Keep appliance stored in case one break down. Some people has to eat before they take their pills and everyone don't eat out everyday when they are on vacation. I would try staying here again just to see if any improvement had been made before I try somewhere else.

From the moment I walked it I was put off. I made my reservations on line and the front deck person was unable to comfirm anything even though I had all the paper work with me. The hotel manager was at the cookie table and took a handful of the free home baked chocolate chip cookies. He took them all. Hours later when I felt like a cookie I had to ask for them as the employees had eaten them all. The carpet in our room was spotted. The plastic cups in the rooms were all cracked. The pool area was unkept. The breakfast was the only bright spot of the stay. I would not return to this hotel.

We drove here with about 15 people. We had a truck pulling a 46 foot trailer, which the hotel generously gave us a place to park. Unfortunately, the truck was broken into and our motorcycle helmets, an expensive camera and a tims unit were stolen. The girl at the front desk said "If you dont like our security, you can check out." Management told us that it was reported at 10pom last night, but upon asking her again, she said she was given incorrect information. We were told that the security guard was there all night watching. Other than the fact that we cant ride our motorcycles, take pictures, or ride for a long period of time in our truck anymore, the hotel was nice looking. There were plenty of towels, and this one has a fridge. It's close to shopping, and lots of restaurants. I would NOT stay here, or in this neighborhood ever again.
