Quality Inn Tripoli, Tarabulus

I have nothing good to remember about the hotel but one of the receptionist ladies called "Marmar" she was the only good experience she was a real pleasure to deal with as she was very friendly and professional … I had to stay in this for several times due to being the only hotel in Tripoli... Furniture is very old ... (broken chairs / bed) Bed sheets, pillows, cover are worn out … Towels torn and very old … Water leakage signs on the walls … Trays never picked up... No special room service … Food quality and variety is very bad for a 4 star hotel … Service is very slow … Operator got nothing to do with a hotel looool someone should check it out its so funny... Pool service is nothing near very bad its further more …I have no description to it!!!! in my opinion and my experience with many other hotels around the middle east and specifically in Lebanon ... it should be only a 2-3 stars hotel as 4 is way over its true rating and the 100 $ is way way over what its really worth. The location is good but the management and organizations is very bad and awful I feel really sorry for this town that can’t really take advantage of such a location and premises to attract tourists... Someone should really take a look and rate this place again ... or help it out to be in an acceptable slandered as it’s a very good investment.

assalam alikum my wife and myself would like to take this opportunity to thanks all management and staff for the greate service we received during our stay at roum 416 as we stayed in for 13 weeks the service was greate that made our holiday more enjoyeble inshaallah we will retun to this hotel every time we are at tripoli lebanon we strongly recomand this hotel to all

i like the friendly staff, trying to help you in anyway. Rooms are clean and spacious, yes i would recommended it to others, it is worth the time but i don't know regarding the money it should be less than $100 a night would be better $50 or $70. and as 4 stars hotel should be provided with dressing gown or robe du chambre and slipper hers and his. as it is the only hotel in tripoli lebanon and the place that i born and grown up in and give it 5 for service, 5 for cleanliness 5 for location 3 for value. keep up the good work tripoli. thank you

There isn't really anything which I disliked. Loved the location, spacious rooms, garden, pool, friendly staff, etc. Price is also reasonable when compared to other areas e.g. Beirut.

I loved staying at the Quality Inn. The service as great, the staff were genuine and the food was five star. The Lebanese culture is great and I love a good humus. However, I was swimming one morning and I found a turd in the pool. I am still traumatized by the experience. The humus definitely went down hard in some old fat Arab.

A very good Hotel. Excllent location & friendly staff. Rooms are Spacious and breakfast was good. As a Hotel it was very clean. Keep it up.

the hotel is quiet awsome...great facilities..friendly people,not expensive at all...simply i had a wonderful stay there...it is really "My home away from home", i am coming back next year, and already made up my mind,i've chose this hotel for my stay, hey people head to the north, pay less, indulge yourself in ultimate luxury, and spend some really good times there..

i loved the warmth of the reception, the food was great,the hotel is next 2 the town, we had quick access 2 the fortress and the ancient souk, the sea is only 1 hour away from the cedars... loved the experience,i recommend it 2 everyone

The location was a great thing about this hotel. Especially since it was close to the beach. My Kids also loved it, mostly because of their pool and their bofay.

The only positive aspect about this hotel was its convenient location and access to town. Although the front desk spoke English fluently, most of the remaining staff did not, which became a problem when trying to order room service or request clean towels. Despite the fact that my fiance spoke fluent Arabic, there was not much improvement in overall service. The room itself was for the most part clean except for the brown streaks later discovered in the bath tub. Despite hanging a sign on the door knob for maid service, the beds were never made up. Also, the room service trays were never later collected. Another point to keep in mind is Tripoli's conservative atmosphere. Therefore, if your companion is of the opposite gender, anticipate raised eyebrows and questions unless you are able to provide proof that you are married. It's not ideal for a romantic getaway and certainly not worth $100 a night.
