Great Place

This was my first trip to New Orleans, therefore I wasn't sure where to stay. I am a very neat person, so I was worry if the place I chose was going to be clean or not. From the beginning to the end I was very happy with our choice. The Staff (Blair, Mr. George & Stanley) was very friendly & helpful. Great people. The room was clean, neat & quiet. The breakfast was great. I will stay at the Quality Inn and Suites my next visit to New Orleans. I had a great time. I would recommend it as a place to stay. Great Price to be so close to everything. We parked and walked everywhere the entire weekend. Thank Mr. George for all your directions, Stanley for great food places, and Blair for making us feel welcome and the great suite.

Back again

I stayed at the QI Suites two months before the Hurricane for the Essence Festival and I enjoyed it tremendously. The staff is wonderful and they made it feel like home. I refuse to penalize the ratings due to the Hurricane and their remodeling. I am sure the staff will still make you feel comfortable. And the location is great, too.

Great Place

Great place to stay! Close enough to everything but not too close that its not peaceful. The staff was very nice and willing to help. They gave us an upgrade on the room and also discounted the parking. Everything was very clean and neat. Next trip to New Orleans will try to stay there if available. Would recommend to anyone......

Best price, best value.

The service was great here, I'd recommend it to anyone. We had a room with 2 queen beds and each bed was in it's own room with the bathroom in the middle with a mini-kitchen. There was a microwave and little refrigerator and coffee machine.

The Five Star Was a Mistake

I would have given 3 stars though.
Convenient downtown location(A couple of blocks from Canal Street, a few more blocks away from the convention center);
courteous service and clean rooms.

Awesome people make this place great!

The hotel was clean and in a desirable location, but what really makes place a great home-away-from-home is the people. Everyone from the bellman to the front desk people to management are the most friendly in the world. They'll all do anything to make your stay better, they're all quick to smile, and they all have great attitudes. I've already booked for next year!!

I love it I love i will be back!

I love my stay at quality inn in new orleans ( okeefe), it is righgt by Canal and bourbon st. There is so much to do in new orleans, I had to stay an extra night because we just didn't have time to do everything. But one thing dont take the tours(the tour bus) that they offer because i save $70, going to the places on my own. But other than that I enjoyed by stay at the quality inn its wonderful and the people are nice and helpful.

Best service in New Orleans!

The staff at this hotel are the best! They are very polite and always ready with anything you need! I recommend a stay at the Quality Inn on O'Keefe while in New Orleans. You can't go wrong.

Would stay here again!!

The rate was great. Location excellent. A couple of blocks from downtown and french quarter. The staff is wonderful!! I can't say that enough. They are extremely helpful and nice about it too. Office staff even helped get our luggage to our room and refused a tip!! Night security guard is awsome. He made sure we took the right streets to stay safe, recommended an excellent restaurant (which we loved) and was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we visit.

Great staff! Stanley is Great!

The staff - Stanley, Art & gang are second to none - classic southern charm. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is just off the beaten path. Only a few blocks to the French Quarter and a cheap cab ride to the casino, river walk, convention center. Would definitely stay here again.
