not worth the money

well we got a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was nothing like we had expected, for one it was the bath tub and at other hotels we have stayed at they had it in by the bed not in the bathroom, the jacuzzi was very loud and sounded like it needed a maintance. there was a hole in the bathroom door and the room was freezing when we got there. we had to turn the heat up full blast just to get it warm in there. the woman who checked us in acted like she didnt want to be there and just wasnt very friendly and when we checked out they tried charging us for long distance calls when the only calls we made was to our home to check on our children and it was a columbus number! the manager i talked to about it even had the nerve to say well maybe you should get a different number since att doesnt reconize a 703 number as local! needless to say we will never stay here again
