The King size bed and Jacuzzi in the room was great, a bit expensive but worth it. The bed was really comfortable, but the view from our window lead right into a dumpster that was directly outside. The Lobby was under construction so we were unable to print boarding passes for the flight later that day.
The thing that made our visit so terrible was that the room next door to ours threw a party and kept us up all night, turns out that its a common thing in the hotel on weekend nights.
First, it was 100 degrees in El Paso today, and they didn't have the AC turned on in the guest rooms. After about 2 hours, I realized that the room wasn't getting any cooler. They moved us to another room, and it was not much better. The pool was small and shallow, and had some sort of critter living in it, and it wasn't a friendly critter, either.
The beds are very comfortable. Service was outstanding. A/C worked perfectly. The only downside was no fridge in the room. Will stay there again if ever in El Paso.
Clean, safe, everything worked, centrally located, and 100 yrds from the 10 freeway. All for $69 on travelocity. Booked it from my laptop an hour before i arrived (driving cross country).
Highly recommended for the price, you know how shady (hit and miss, and maybe die, get robbed,) El Paso can be.
I was impressed with the hotel, but disappointed in the price. I noticed the internet said $69 but I was charged $150.00.
The beds was very comfortable, service was great!
Hotel was in a central location...Airport was 10 minutes away. Every place that we went was less than 20 minutes.
staff was friendly. hotel was clean. Free broadband internet access.
what more can you ask for at the price level.
1st there was no fridge in the room.
2nd there were cigarette butts on the balcony (many).
3rd we asked they be cleaned up and it never happened.
4th we paid 30 some dollars for a waffle and some bacon times 3.
