well where do i start, the hotel was very nice all done up very nice, the staff was all very polite and makeing sure you was alright,the entertainment was totall amazing they really must of put alot of effort into the dancing and singing,resrant wise i only went to perpoint the food was very enjoyable with a choice of a buffet or food from the menu. the actives was good on site well organised and alot of fun. if your looking for a nice time away from work or somewhere to relax i would deffently recommed coming here tbh its changed my life in many ways(good ways)

Staff were excellent and the facilities were 1st rate. We booked on the 2 for 1 spa break with an upgrade to a Royale room and were not dissapointed. Great value for money. The Spa staff were friendly and very professional. The bar prices are expensive so beware... All in all a great place for a break.

I liked that it wasn't all crammed in with all the other hotels, it was close to things I wanted to see and go to , but not close to things I didn't want to see. beautiful views from our room. Our room was nice, service was very good, people were nice.

loved this place will be going back, the staff are great would only wont to eat in the bistro as the food was great.as for the rooms very nice, towels changed every day. the entertainment was o.k but beware the drinks are expensive. 9 pounds for 2 gin and tonics so take your own.

A great place to visit if you want somewhere relaxing. 70`s weekend entertainment we partied well into the night. Food was fantastic we dined in all 3 restaurants including the a la carte. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive. Rebooked to go back.

poor facilitites and disinterested staff - I got food poisoning there and they locked us our room. even before that the staff were poorly trained at spa treatments and were rude when asking civil questions. They allowed us to book treatments before we could book in so we had to carry our cases round with us - there was no storage space. The hot stones was very expensive and we got a mardy girl who couldn't care less about us don't go! and the worst thing is warners won't even reply to our letters It's a month since we went and I haven't calmed down or have they replied!
