Bad experience!!!!

We had reserved two rooms – one suite and Handicap room with a king bed, but we didn’t get either. We didn’t even get a handicap room. Even though we made our reservations through their website, the person at the front desk said they couldn’t give us the rooms we reserved. The front desk woman was very arrogant and not helpful. We asked for manager, but there wasn’t any there. We called “Choice customer desk” but received no satisfaction. Additionally, we had paid extra for Park and Ride for a cruise so we could leave our vehicle there and receive transportation to and from the cruise port.
Upon return I called from Cruise port as directed. They said we were number S29. I asked what that meant and she said “That means there are a lot ahead of you”. That didn’t help me at all. One bus finally showed up but only took passengers from the Comfort Inn. After waiting 48 minutes outside in the cold with our luggage another bus finally showed up but took guest both Comfort and Sleep Inn. Since they were able to take appox 2 groups per van, we were going to have to wait 3-4 hours before they got to S29 (they were at group S21/22). The driver blamed the delay on heavy traffic. We finally got a van taxi and paid the extra $35 instead of waiting in the cold for hours. Its strange how there wasn’t any traffic problem when we were in the taxi. I also filled out the customer on-line survey and submitted it to Choice explaining how unhappy I was, but I didn’t receive any feedback. We will never never never stay there again.
