Hotel Pension Anna, Leavenworth

We liked that the rooom was clean, charming, and had great character. Service was "cold" and staff were very unhelpful. I'm not sure if it was because we had a toddler but they were just rude. Our room was noisy with the parking lot next to our bedroom and not to mention the snow plows and trash being picked up. At breakfast the gentlemen started cleaning under our toddlers high chair although we were NOT done with our breakfast yet. And then put the scraps on my plate...which I was still eating off of. The staff seemed friendly to the other guests but we were just ignored. In all we paid too much for too little!!!!

Very cozy hotel located one block from the town's main street. A perfect location for enjoying all the town has to offer, not to mention finding some rest and relaxation back at the room. Quiet spot with easy access to rooms and parking. You can definitely see that the owners take pride in the their establishment and keep everything nicely decorated and clean. They also make sure they say hello everytime they see you. Makes you feel right at home! The rooms are nice with their own Bavarian style furniture and fixtures, as well as, very comfortable beds and comforters. Can't help but get a good night's sleep. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway choice or vacation.

This is hands down the BEST place to stay in Leavenworth. Its warm and authentic charm really takes you back to the "Homeland"! Customer service is without a doubt the most impressive we have ever found. Always a true pleasure to stay here!
