Poor Management

We have stayed here before and never had a hard time. We made a reservation and paid in full 9 months ahead of schedule. The management (Andrea) refuses to make any changes or work with us. We do know a few folks that have worked here and have left because of the management. My best advice KEEP LOOKING. Our case is going to corporate.

Been multiple times...

For smokers, it's not for you, the whole hotel is NON-smoking. The room was comfy and larger than expected. Pool area was clean and service was friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from! There isn't too much to do in Lapeer, but I'd recommend EGNicks for a decent dinner.

Better than I expected!

This room had a microwave, fridge and overstuffed chair. Unexpected at the price I paid.
