Our problems with the hotel began after check out. When we arrived home, we realized that we had left some clothes hanging in the hotel closet. We called the hotel immediately but were told they couldn't check until the morning. After numerous calls (and limited response), the hotel told us they were only able to find a couple of the things that we reported as missing. The newer items were not recovered. The manager tried to dismiss our concern, saying that most customers find their missing items at home! We had to contact the corporate customer service to get the manager to investigate the matter! The outcome is that our things were never found! I can't recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service.

From the front desk right through the Wyndham diid not dissapoint. Everyone went out of their way to make my trip very enjoyable. I found the room to be quite confortable and the gym and whirpool to be a wonderful addition. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. I can't wait until my next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Wingate hotel. It was very clean, large room, staff was friendly, pool was inviting and clean, and the location made our other travels easy. Our only complaint was that the morning coffee was terrible. Was it instant coffee made to look like fresh brewed? The rest of the breakfast was fair. Other than the food, we enjoyed all aspects of this hotel. Our stay was worth the money. We would definately stay at another Wyndham hotel during one of our vacations if they are all run as well as this one.

On an anniversary trip, so we just wanted to spend time alone. Check-in was fast and easy, the rooms were pretty big with a more modern decor than most hotel rooms. Every little detail was great, even down to the Neutrogena toiletries in the bathroom. The housekeepers were very good. After they cleaned our room the second day, there were not even traces of water ever being in the tub and no water stains on the faucets. Also, I left my engagement ring in the bathroom and was worried it might get stolen, but was still where I left it when we got back in the room after being gone all day. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, honestly, was for the reviews I read of it's breakfast buffet. We weren't disappointed. They had sausage gravy for the biscuits, bacon and sausage, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, name-brand cereals, good breads and pastries, a waffle-maker, french toast, etc. The price was a little more than the most basic cheaper hotels, but less than the really expensive, elaborate ones. With our AAA discount, we paid about $105 per night during the end of July, but that included our breakfast and everything. We didn't get a chance to use the business center, the pool or the hot tub, but they all looked really nice and were never overly crowded when we went by them. Very enjoyable stay

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

liked the cleanliness,staff was very professional, breakfast was large. Its located in the middle of town everything is just minutes away.Free airport shuttle was nice.

We went here for a weekend stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and we kept. I was pleased with my stay here and it was convenient to everything we went to.
