Extended Stay America Los Angeles-Valencia, Stevenson Ranch

Not a good hotel, dirty, and ugly The front desk girl was super nice, friendly, and funny. As soon as we got into the room, it already gives off a dirty feel. The ivory green carpet, maroon bed, and plaid curtains. I took a shower (that was very complicated and runny to get started) then found Human Hair (long black ones and blonde ones) in ALL FOUR towels. We called the front desk and they brought up more towels which had MORE hair in them. The front desk girl who was very nice apologized and couldn't believe there was so much hair in towels. You can hear the other footsteps walking all around the ceiling, you can hear noises and even phone conversations from other rooms. The bed is SO uncomfortable and hard it has now damaged my back Don't come here, there are a few other BETTER hotels near by for the same price, do NOT stay here I give 2/5 stars and we have cancelled our other nights

We checked in after a day @ 6 Flags. When we approached the front desk, Amanda was amazing. She provided excellent customer service :) After checking in, we went to our room. We found body wash in the upper corner of the shower area...left from another customer. There was a steady stream of water coming from the faucet in the shower/tub...unable to turn off completely & found hair in the bottom of the tub. The mattresses were like sleeping on a board. The next morning, we opened the curtains to get some morning sunlight. We noticed that the far side of the cabinet that the TV was sitting on (Closest to the window), it had not been dusted for sometime?? As we were exiting the room, my mother-in-law notice a package of muffins/crackers on top of the refrigerator...muffins were hard as a rock?? Possibly been there for a few days??? I stopped at the front desk to notify them of our findings when we were checking out and also so they could notify maintenance about the faucet issue in the bathroom. The front-desk clerk on duty (Male) didn't want to listen, he just kept shooing me out the door telling me he would have the manager contact me. I waited for a manager to call me the next day...I received no call. I finally called after 5pm the next day - she never received the message?? The manager was very concerned & apologized. I was informed that I was not the only complaint that day?? The service from Amanda and the concern from the manager (Holly) were outstanding!! As far as the room...housekeeping issues. Value...check before booking.

Stayed 2 weeks there and found no service, hotel had all kinds of oders. Once a week service is not enough. No clerk until 7 AM so could not get my receipt for business expenses when I left. They charged my credit card $666 as soon as I checked in. The bill was was very confusing.
