The Heritage Inn and Golf Club is located in the Rehoboth Beach resort area and is close to 160 outlet stores, movie theaters, numerous first class restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and attractions.We offer our own 9 hole golf course and pro shop. Our banquet hall, the State Room, offers 2200 square feet of meeting space capable of holding 170 seated at round tables or 200 theater style, full surround sound, 141 inch drop down screen and LC projector, wireless microphone and PA system, and catering on site. There are also two smaller breakout rooms capable of holding 30 ? 40 people depending upon setup. Hotel amenities include guest laundry, continental breakfast, outdoor terrace, gazebo, outdoor pool, 9 hole golf course, spacious lobby, fitness center, high speed internet access, and free parking.The Heritage Inn and Golf Club offers oversized rooms with two queen size beds, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board. The Heritage Inn and Golf is a themed hotel with a red, white and blue decor with all rooms themed after the United States, territories, and American traditions.

GREAT for the price!

Just booked it again after surfing the web for HOURS. I was trying to get some place where we could walk to the beach, but none were to be had under $200. a night. We only sleep in our hotel, so we went back to the Heritage and will drive the 3-4 miles to the beach. JUST LIKE LAST YEAR, the price was $79. a night. WAHOO! It is a VERY nice hotel...clean and friendly. It is decorated like it was sitting in the nations capital...red/white/blue everywhere with all kind of history photos. My husband loved just looking around. I highly recommend this hotel! Happy vacationing.

warning-1 price on internet another at check in

The place was ok. Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. We would have considered staying at the Heritage again if it hadn't been for the fact they would not honor the internet confirmation price to the checkin price. Manager was supposed to call to discuss - never called and was never able to be reached. What a disappointment.

Horrible Service

If you want a nice room then this is the place to stay. If you want good customer service then this is not the place for you. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights last week. The customer service in this place was horrible. The first full day of our stay we came back into the room from spending all day at the ocean it was 4 pm and our room had not been cleaned yet. We soon found out housekeeping was very lazy and their average arrival time each day to clean was between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. Our toilet overflowed twice. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels twice. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk is horrible. They know nothing and are no help at all. Every time we asked to speak with the manager he was no where in sight. We left a day early than when we were supposed to check out and front desk didn't even care that we were unhappy.

My favorite place to stay in Rehoboth

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, quiet, quiet. Good location, minutes from the beach and shopping. Clean. Free internet access. No hassles. Very reasonable rates compared to other nearby properties of lesser quality. I always stay here when visiting Rehoboth and I've never been disappointed.

Wont stay there again. RUDE Service

Stayed at the hotel year after year. Until this year. we called to make reservations for a 2 night weekend stay and was told because my son was playing at a Sport's at the Beach baseball tournament, they wouldn't book us...Not a whole team mind you. Two parents and two kids. They first told us it was because of people skipping out of reservations. I told them to bill my credit card in full. Now they changed the story. I was then told it was because of loud kids from baseball teams. I only have one player in my family... Is this even legal????? I could see if we were loud, but they let us stay every other year with no problem. Now that our vacation was connected to Sports at the Beach, were not welcome....

Beautiful Hotel/ Lots of fun

Our stay here for three days in July of 08' was delightful. The family size room was much larger than we expected. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with the clothes dyer and the staff immediately came with me and took care of the problem. A park and ride bus stops right along Rte. 1 in front of the hotel and we figured out that we could have basically parked at the hotel and never used our car. A lot cheaper than the price of gas at this point. The pool was very nice and clean. We asked to see a standard size room for future stays and again our request was handled immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and I dont know what coffee is was, buit was delicious. We will defintitely stay again!!! It was a very Big Bang for your buck!!!! Highly recommend for folks to check this out. The hotel is beautiful. I dont think you would be dissapointed at all.

Very pleased with our stay. We usually stay in Lewes proper but most inns were closed for the winter. This was our first time at the heritage and we found it excellent--fronm the good size of the rooms to the front desk service. Location excellent for visiting the outlet stores or driving into Lees. Even a multiplex movie theater across Highway 1. The continental breakfast is nothing to boast about but at the room rice its erfectly satisfactory.

I really liked this Inn because of the location, it's walking distance to alot of shops and eatery's.The staff is very helpful and the cleaning staff do a good job. Another thing is the Inn itself, I perfer to have a balcony and they offer a free up grade on their web site,so I got my balcony at no extra charge.Can't wait to go back this July. See you soon

Room Themes Decor, the golf course, the view,shopping and resturant convenience, on main highway. Sofisticated atomphere, quite, clean, professional courtesy. No rift raft. and on and so on, and more, and then, whatelse, two thumbs up.

Every year since the Heritage has opened we have enjoyed it, from the sprinklers for the children to the large and beautiful rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
