Very accomodating!

Talk about a friendly and very helpful place! Besides providing the basic essentials offered by top quality hotels, this place is staffed by some very friendly and helpful people whom go beyond the norm with their assistance. The cleanliness was exceptional and the breakfasts far exceeded our expectations. The staff provided a small fridge when we inquired about this asset to a weekend stay. I also left a very valuable item that I was scared I would never recover. I discovered this 3 plus hours after check out, and called to ask for help in finding my item. Within a few minutes, the establishment called back to inform me they had located my item and would hold it until I could get it picked up. Thank you!!!

Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

No housekeeping for two days. They gave all the maids two days off for New Years. We weren't told this when we booked or of course we wouldn't have stayed there. Garbage piled up from Wed night until Sat afternoon. The manager was incredibly rude and combative about it. We were charged full price. I will never stay at any Intercontinental Hotels Group hotel in my life.

Wonderful staff, close to the Kansas Heart Hospital which is why we were there. This hotel will be my first choice in Wichita. Thanks again. NLB Garden City, KS

We have stayed at others when we visit our son, but when we found this hotel, it was very clean, friendly staff, and afforable. Location is great as well

The best place to stay in Wichita

I can usually find something wrong with a hotel, but I didn't with this Holiday Inn Express. My mom was in the Kansas Heart Hospital and with it being right after Christmas, we didn't have a lot of extra money for hotels. I called and asked if they had a hospital discount and they took $10 off the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly, which really helped after being stressed at the hospital. The room was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. We went to sit in the hot tub and it seemed too hot to us and other guests that were there. My husband went to the front desk and the clerk came right in and turned it down for us. Wonderful customer service. In our eyes, this is a 5 star hotel.
