Better not leave anything behind!

My stay was fine until I discovered within one hour of leaving the hotel that I had left my jewelry pouch behind in a drawer in the room. It was never found and Loss Prevention has been less than efficient in speaking with or following up with me. No one had checked into the room for 5 days after me, so I can only assume that some hotel staff are less than honest. What I'm really upset about is that Loss Prevention has made very little effort to communicate with me about the situation ush less rectify it in any way. I'm less than impressed and disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this hotel and it's management staff.

Great Hotel, Located in a great area with shopping and alot of dining options. The Lake view doesnt hurt either. 5 star service..Havent had that in a while. Room Service there is outstanding. Would Definitly recommend
 
 
 
 
 
We Love It!

My husband and I go to Indianapolis every few months for a weekend getaway. Our favorite place to stay is the Marriott Indianapolis North. The location is great, staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, and the beds are "to die for". We would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel

This hotel sets the example for what all hotels should be trying to accomplish. The bedding was exquisite, the room was clean, large and had all of the ammenities. We did not hear one sound all night. If you are tired of noisy, dirty, run down hotels you should definately try this one.

This hotel was extremely friendly, very clean, and absolutely beautiful. Since I was attending a conference nearby, I was coming and going a lot. It is easy to access and close to great shopping and a variety of unique dining.

Great Anniversary Get-Away

My husband and I spent one night at the Marriott 15 minutes from our home for our 8 year anniversary in April. It was a beautiful hotel and a relaxing stay. The people were helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend it! We love the Marriott!

Don't hesitate to stay here - it's perfect!

We just returned from a stay at the Marriott North on 3/20/05. What a nice place to stay. The hotel was the cleanest and best maintained hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is situated in a nice upscale location with shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
