I had a co-worker come in from out of town. When I went to pick him up I was so embarressed and mortified. There was trash everywhere, cigarette butts overflowing, the front door windows were filthy. I will never allow anyone I know to stay there.

Poor Service

Bathroom had a bit of water on the floor thought it might be from a leak so I asked to be moved to another room. After a couple of hours no reply. So I went to the desk and asked to see the manager. I was told she was busy and would would come speak to me soon. 2 hours later still nothing so I asked who the manager was. I was told that they would not give out that information. I then asked who the owners were, I was told again that they would not give me that information. 3 hours later still nothing from any staff there. So I left. Will not go there again.

Nothing worked

All the machines in the fitness room were broken and the pool was chained and padlocked shut. Rooms were fine, but very unhappy about fitness and pool.
