Horrible Front Desk Staff

Front desk staff need to find another job besides customer service, because they have none. Rooms were clean and well maintained and rate good, but because of the staff I will never stay there again. Already booked another hotel for my next trip through in a few weeks.

Clean and comfortable

We've stayed here twice in the last 2 yrs and both times we found it a very good value. Rooms clean & up-to-date, furnishings in excellent repair, no mold or odors in bathrooms, beds & sheets comfortable, air temperature perfect, no heating oil or kitchen odors, no disturbing noises, and most importantly, no creepy crawlies. Our favorite accommodations for this area of the state. They messed up our reservation, but we got it straight.

Hotel was great. Very clean, completely redecorated and updated. Very impressed. Staff was wonderful. 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I look forward to coming back for a visit.

Lesson in hotels 101, read the reviews first. Bad customer service, overbilling and no help from Best Western Corporate. Watch your receipts! Mangement is just horiable, and mean.

convenient place to stay

This hotel is very convenient to the college and places to eat. Easy to find. room was comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were great to relax in. They provide a good continental breakfast each morning.
