All attractions are quickly accessible by the free transportation system which stops directly in front of Carriage House every 10 minutes.Winter Season Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 46 days of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas, Sundance and Presidents Week) will forfeit 20% of reservation value. Cancellations within 45 of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas, Sundance and Presidents Week), full reservation value will be forfeited.

My wife and i stayed for 3 night during peek ski season. Although room was small and showed some signs of ware it was neat and clean. Beds were nice, service very good and small kitchen was convenient. I read reviews before going and was a bit cautious. I would recommend CH to others who want a very affordable stay in Park City at a great location.

Get what you pay for

Location and access to bus line--great Spa--not working Bed--terrible Room 111--like a basement with high windows Desk staff gets a D+ Heck, you could not get light bulbs to fix the lights that are burnt out. This place is on the zero maintenance plan. Good luck. It is not the worst place, but you might think about spending a little extra money and stay away from this place. Internet? Gotta pay in the lobby to fire it up.

Terrible Stay

We had a terrible stay. My wife and I traveled just over an hour for an overnight stay, and thought that it was a good deal because it was cheaper than many other places, but it wasn't nice at all. The room wasn't clean, the sheets were not washed, the floor was not swept. The worse part was the front desk continued to lie to us as they could not figure out why our room did not have an AC in the middle of July. It was terrible. They then told me to contact the management company that does the reservations and booking for the owners of these condos, and they blew us off. They wouldn;t listen to our disappointment and basically told us, "Tough Luck." So if anyone is thinking of coming here, please spend a few more bucks and go to the local Motel 6 as it would have been much nicer than this hole.

Great place to stay!

We really liked the updated rustic decor and the comfort of the bd was great. I think it had a down comforter under te sheets. I'm always very weary about sleeping in a hotel bed and I usually use my own bedding but this time I only used my own pillows! It's not located in the best part of park city, but it's convient and close to Main St. We checked in after 6pm which worried me because of some of the other reviews, but there were nice, friendly staff waiting for us and we had no problems what-so-ever! I will definitely stay there again soon.

Horrible

Good luck!!! The Staff speaks horrible english and can hardly understand it, You can hear everyone walking and yelling all night long and there is no one to regulate the guest being that the front desk closes at 5pm.... I got no sleep and the rooms where not cleaned from the night before! We waited an extra 2 hours to check in and then fought with the front desk guy (let me remind you cant speak english) about getting a key to the pool. If your going to spend the money on a nice room this isnt it!!!

Anybody home?

We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Monday to find the front desk closed up tight. A lock-box and a telephone suggested a "late check-in" process. We tried every telephone number and extention, but could not reach anyone. After 90 minutes, we gave up, and called Expedia to cancel our reservation. Altogether, a very frustrating experience - The Lesson? You get what you pay for. Expect nothing more and you won't be let down.

Good location

The room was clean and had all necessary amenities including a kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. The room was very small. To give you an idea, my boyfriend smacked his shins on the bedposts while walking about the room several times. A great perk to the hotel was that is it directly on the free shuttle route that goes to downtown Main Street as well as three ski resorts less than 3 miles away. The hotel is also within walking distance of many fine restaurants and convenience stores. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

Basic Accommodations

The accommodations are very basic. If you are used to anything moderately high-end, then you may well not be satisfied here. Definately a budget accommodation although it will likely satisfy one who is prioritizes price considerations. While it doesn't take much to satisfy us, we are likely to pay more next time to get more.
